From the terrace of the mountain lodge on the hill Japica on Kunagora there is a view of the whole city across the valley of the Kosteljina River all the way to Medvednica, whereas Velika Ravna, one of the highest points of Kunagora, offers a beautiful view from Medvednica over Cesargradska gora and a large part of Hrvatsko zagorje to the mountains in Slovenia. In the vicinity of Velika Ravna, from the highest point of Kunagora – Bukovski vrh – at 522 m above sea level, the road forks south to Vražja peć, Vinagora and Veliki Tabor, or north to Kostelgrad. Velika Ravna, as its name suggests, is named after the great plain that stretches strangely and miraculously on the top of Kunagora.
